We use our 20-ton high-speed presses with precision progressive dies to produce these grilles from thin-gauge (0.8mm) SPCC or stainless steel. The primary focus is on producing a clean, burr-free cut on every opening to optimize airflow and eliminate safety hazards.

A simple but essential part, the gearbox dust cover protects critical internal mechanisms from contaminants. While the shape is often straightforward, a consistent and snug fit is key. We mass-produce these from 1.0mm SPCC on our 15 or 20-ton presses, offering a highly cost-effective and functional solution.

Essential for wire management in complex electrical systems, these small clips are needed in high volumes. Using 0.8mm galvanized steel on our 15-ton presses with high-speed progressive dies is the most efficient production method.
